Introduction to some of our record of performance for maintenance and service
We provide maintenance and service for decanter centrifuges used in steelworks. We repair fitting parts by plating and thermal spray, hard-facing of flights, dynamic balance corrections, and test runs. We also perform welding repairs for casings in some cases.
We can also repair screws. Repairs are performed by rewinding or hard-facing worn flights. After repair, the outer diameter is machine-polished to predetermined dimensions.
This process is indispensable to the maintenance and service for decanter centrifuges. Safe and stable operations are realized by vibration suppression during operations through dynamic balance corrections.
The differential gear units mounted on decanter centrifuges include gear devices with planetary gears, cyclo speed reducers with cycloid discs and hydraulic motor speed reducers with a hydraulic mechanism. It is important to grasp the conditions of each tooth surface, fitting dimensions, journal clearances, etc.
We can also provide on-site installations of decanter centrifuges and test runs at customer request.
We provide maintenance and service for speed reducers for parts which cannot be procured from overseas manufacturers. We perform fabrications of spiral bevel gears, investigations of parts, and modifications for the purpose of complying with standard products of oil seals, etc.
Even in a case where a gear is damaged and requires fabrication, the same gear can be fabricated by reverse engineering from a sound part. We offer a record of performance in fabricating φ700 spiral bevels and pinion gears.
For parts that use gears, including speed reducers, we check and adjust tooth contacts to confirm that the teeth are in proper contact with each other.
We collect data for several hours by test runs after maintenance and service to confirm that speed reducers operate normally.
We provide on a regular basis maintenance and service for large machines exceeding 10t which are used at smelter works.
We provide maintenance and service for 3-lobe roots blowers for blowing air from chemical plants. We also offer experience in improving performance by adjusting clearances that have expanded due to wear by machining.
We perform thermal spray repairs according to inspections and conditions after disassembly.
By using a clearance gauge, we check and adjust to confirm that clearances are within specified limits.
We perform assembly of large pumps for paper manufacturing companies. We perform acceptance inspections for newly-fabricated products, product checks, specification confirmations, specification conformance tests and other related work.
We perform centering work on new pumps before in-plant installation.
