Our sales people are not order-takers but are required to perform technical proposal-based sales that leverage the company’s technical strengths and receive requests for maintenance and service for machines and fabrication of parts that match our proposals.
For all markets that use rotating machines, our sales staff requires market research skills in determining what plans to draw up to capture new customers, reading and comprehension skills related to specifications and drawings, document preparation skills, customer negotiation and on-site engineering skills and wide-ranging knowledge and skills related to machines.
We value business relationships with companies that we have dealt with even on a one-time basis, and if you are a person who already has experience in sales, we want you to pursue new sales proposals and develop new long-term business partnerships with customers that will rely on our technology and strengths.
When it is determined that sales and profits are growing due to an upward change in sales to new and existing customers, we will acknowledge that sales performance is improving and achievements will be rewarded accordingly.
We expect you to play an active role to the full extent of your knowledge and experience.
