When a bearing that is not marketable due to custom specifications or an expensive bearing is inspected to determine whether it can be used or not, an inspection is carried out by the bearing manufacturer’s engineer. This time, NSK visited the site at the discretion of the user and inspected a total of six bearings of three different types to ascertain their condition.

Also checks the condition of consumable parts

Checks are also carried out on the condition of the parts in use, including operating hours, rotational speed and time until overhaul. In addition to affecting the quality of the processed materials, reliable maintenance also extends the service life of the used machinery, allowing the existing equipment to be used for production activities for a longer period of time.
