Parts production and modification for safer operations

Rotary valves are often used in powder conveying due to their simple construction, with side covers incorporating the case, impeller and bearings. The side covers, which often have bearings fixed by a turnstile, are difficult to clean when the machine body is opened. As cleaning can cause injury, we were asked to modify the side covers.

Even with geared motors, we can perform maintenance on both the electric motor and the reduction gear, such as planetary or cycloidal, if a set is brought in. By implementing and arranging the maintenance of both the mechanical and electric motor parts in-house, we can monitor the mutual status of the two parts and perform the maintenance in the optimal delivery time.
