Balance Correction of a Giant Blade

We received a maintenance request for a large blade used in a cooling tower, with a diameter of several meters.

After many years of use, the balance of the blade had changed, causing vibration during operation. Because of this problem, we were asked to inspect and repair it.

Due to the extremely large size of the blade, we prepared a special support stand and mounted the blade on it. While inspecting each blade section, we repeatedly adjusted the balance so that the rotor could rotate properly and smoothly.
