This is an example of a large rotary valve that is selected according to the piping diameter, conveying capacity and materials to be conveyed, of which a large model has been serviced. A welded construction is incorporated, and the bearings and oil seals on the side covers are accordingly of a larger type.

Repairs carried out

By properly repairing the mating parts, which are important for rotation, and the inside of the case, which is important for transport capacity, even large machines can be brought back to their original performance. The experience of many servicing operations enables us to identify the right elements to be inspected.

Assembly and maintenance complete

The repaired parts were brought together and assembled. Once assembled, the vehicle was painted to complete the maintenance. To prevent foreign objects from entering, the doorways are sealed and the truck is loaded onto the truck.
